Wedding: Callahan and Erwin
Jenna Callahan and Eric Erwin were married Sept. 20, 2008, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. The Rev. John Davis officiated at the noon ceremony.
The maid of honor was Rebecca Kirby. The best man was Josh Petersen, brother of the bride. The flower girl was Torie Callahan, daughter of the bride. The ring bearer was Brantley Petersen.
The wedding reception was at the American Legion. Servers were Angie Dewitt, Mercedes Kang and Sydney Compton.
The bride and bridegroom graduated from Emporia High School. He works at Detroit Diesel.
The couple live in Emporia.
The bride is the daughter of Jeff Petersen and the late Jeannie Petersen. She is the granddaughter of George and Ann Lodle and the late Ilene Stewart, Charles Edington and Carl Petersen.
The bridegroom is the grandson of Alta Morris, Larry and June Erwin and the late Edwrd Morris.
Engagement: Prebyl and Wilson
Ron and Tammy Wilson of Hartford announce the engagement of their son, Leland Wilson, to Jessica Prebyl, daughter of John and Jeanette Prebyl of Oketo.
Prebyl graduated from Marysville High School and Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. She is an information systems analyst at the University of Kansas School of Business.
Wilson graduated from Hartford High School and Emporia State University with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems. He is a network analyst at the Payless ShoeSource headquarters in Topeka.
The couple plan to marry Oct. 11 at Immanuel State Line Lutheran Church in Wymore, Neb.
