Anniversary: Bosiljevac
Joseph E. Bosiljevac and Dolores Duracinski were married Sept. 18, 1948, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Omaha, Neb. They will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with a family gathering at a later date.
The Bosiljevacs lived in Omaha and Lexington, Neb., before moving to Emporia in 1967.
Their children are: Judy Beran and her husband, Cheron, of Omaha; Dr. Joseph Bosiljevac Jr. and his wife, Gracie, of Emporia; Cdr. Tim Bosiljevac and his wife, Sandi, of Virginia Beach, Va.; Carol Guild of Overland Park and her late husband, Greg; and Janice Price and her husband, Lex, of Emporia.
The Bosiljevacs have 13 grandchildren: Stacey Leslie, Travis and Nolan Beran; Cory, Tyler, Kristin and Laura Bosiljevac; Nick and Kyle Bosiljevac; Sean and Justin Guild; and Kaila and Grant Price. The couple has five great-grandchildren.
