Pretty obvious to me it was MATT COURSEN. I don't want to hear people say "but he didn't go to Emporia High." SO WHAT. He would have ran for a jillion yards there too.
I don't think you can even make an argument for anyone else.

I'm not saying Matt wasn't a great player, and I think he would have run for a lot of yards for just about anybody, but I'm a fan of Billy Malone. That kid had some sweet catches last year.

thats exactly right matt coursen didn't go to emporia 8 man football is no where near the skill level, ahtleticism, and competition that 6a football brings.....especially in the centenial league...i'm not sayin hes not a good player because he obviously is if esu recruited him....but edd noonan is by far a better running back...as for the best football player....dillon cox without a doubt
