Thursday

• 8 a.m., Lyon County Commission meets for their weekly action session at the Lyon County Commission chambers of the Lyon County Courthouse.

• 9 p.m., Prairie Seed Harvesting, Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, Strong City.

Friday

• 5th Annual Trike-in hosted by the Brothers of the Third Wheel, Camp Alexander, 1785 Road P-5, rides, games, evening cookout, ride to Braums for ice cream.

• 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Open acoustic jam, Flint Hills Technical College conference center.

• 8 p.m., Movie “Dirty Dancing,” Emporia State University, 12th Avenue and Commercial Street, outdoor event.

Saturday

• 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., The Great American Market. Enjoy vendor booths, Emporia Flatland Cruisers Car Show, Kansas BTW Bike & Trike Show, Emporia Arts Council Chalk Fest and good food.

• 8 a.m., Emporia Farmers Market, Seventh Avenue and Merchant Street.

• 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 5th Annual Trike-in hosted by the Brothers of the Third Wheel, downtown trike and bike show, 1100 Block of Commercial Street; event run; state meeting; evening fried chicken picnic; door prizes; bonfire.

• 1 p.m., ESU football V. Augustana, Welch Stadium, ESU

• 4 p.m., ESU International Food Festival, ESU

Evening

• 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., 11th Annual HOTT Fiesta 2008, Las Casitas Park.

Sunday

• 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., 11th Annual HOTT Fiesta 2008, Las Casitas Park.

• 5th Annual Trike-in hosted by the Brothers of the Third Wheel, morning fellowship followed by breakfast ride to Golden Corral.
