The Hartford volleyball team fell to 6-10 following losses to Lebo and Madison on Monday night at Madison.
The Jaguars fell to Lebo 25-16, 25-16 in their first match. Kellie Farr led Hartford with six kills.
“(We) were not very effective attacking the ball,” Hartford coach Paul Cassity said. “We made a lot of unforced errors and could never get our offense running. We did serve the ball well and passed well.”
Madison beat Hartford 25-18, 26-24 in their second contest. Paige Hamman had four kills for the Jaguars in that match.
Monday’s matches followed a 3-1 showing and a second-place finish for the Jaguars at their home invitational last Saturday. The Jags defeated Bishop Seabury and Lyndon before losing to Southern Coffey County, the eventual tournament champion, and defeating Mission Valley, which finished third. Farr had 26 kills over the four games.
