Chase County Earth Day
Chase County Earth Day will be celebrated at 6 p.m. April 22 (inclement weather date is April 29) at the Millstream Resort Motel and Lodge in Cottonwood Falls. There will be a potluck picnic at 6 p.m., after which will be entertainment, information and fellowship. Bring a picnic dish, reusable dishes, lawn chairs and instruments if you want to jam. “We’ll make the iced tea!” stated the news release. Hosts are Richard and Sharon Clute, (620) 273-8114 and Scott and Elexa Dawson, (620) 273-6342. Those who would like to entertain, exhibit or inform, are to call Elexa Dawson.
