Theft at car wash

Local law enforcement is seeking information regarding criminal damage and theft that occurred at the car wash at East Sixth Avenue and Lakeview.
On the evening of Oct. 20 or the morning of the 21st, extensive damage was done to several coin-operated machines including the pop machine, vacuums and money changers.

Since this is a subject of thievery, here is another one. I have recently received several suspicious magazine subscription renewals. Since I am thinning down my mag subscriptions anyway, I didn't pay much attention. Now my favorite magazine, Fons and Porter Quilting, is affected too, but they have a warning on their web site. I thought I would share this with those of you who may be experiencing the same thing with your magazines. Look at the warning here:

This would be the car wash at the old Philips 66 station across the street form Bunge and Mark II. The new one is at 6th and Union (?), several blocks west of this one.
My sympathies for your subscription situation........I hope your day improves.
