Student news story selected for national publication

A story published in the current edition of The Echo, the Emporia High School student newspaper, has received national attention.
An article by EHS student Aubrey Armitage was selected as one of 10 top stories for the online National Edition at my.hsj.org, a web site featuring teen journalism around the nation. The article features EHS art teacher Alan Keck who is teaching an evening pottery class this month for cancer survivors.
