Evelyn Mawdsley, Emporia

Evelyn Mawdsley died Friday, Oct. 3, 2008, at the Holiday Resort Care Center. She was 94.
Mrs. Mawdsley taught ninth-grade English at Mead Junior High School for 20 years, and earlier taught in The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Oxford Cemetery.
