"I think you should always have some standards. Got to keep the city looking nice!"

"There is a need for it especially when you start looking for rental housing."

the city has building code standards. the free market system is working as a new complex near the college has been built and a very nice loft complex downtown has been compleated. if we are going to survive as a nation we need to downsize government and provide incentives for investment. more government people are just parasites on the economy and limit individual freedom. to many people want the government to solve all there problems. will rogers said, thank goodness were not getting all the government were paying for.
